Anne Azam- Pradeilles, graduate of the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA, France), was high official of the French Ministry of Interior and of the French DATAR [now Commissariat général à l' Egalité des Territoires ( cget ) ]. She currently works as an international expert in the organization of public administration and public governance in general.

She also has a remarkable associative activity in France and all over the world.

She chairs the Scientific Public Governance Council of SDMED.

Demosthenes Davvetas was born in Athens, he lives and works in Athens and Paris. Poet and writer, painter and performer, he has been writing since 1982 articles and essays in magazines and newspapers as Art Forum, Art in America, Art Studio, Beaux-Arts Magazine, Galeries Magazines, Liberation, Parkett, Risk in the cultural columns. He has been writing for the Greek newspaper “Eleftheros Tipos” since 2010.

During his career he participates in catalogue and monographics writing of important artists for museums , while he is performing lectures in Art schools of various Universities.
Since 1996 creates performances in a regular basis.

Robert SAVY, ancient State Councillor, is honorary President of the Limousin Region.  He's now President of the EUROPA Association and Honorary President of the SDMed Association. 

Robert SAVY is associate of public law and political science.
He was Professor at the Faculty of law and economic sciences of Limoges (1966-1986), and then Counsellor of State. His main work focused on economic public law and the urban planning law.
Politician, he was President of the Regional Council of Limousin (1986-2004).
As Deputy he initiated the creation of a system of interregional equalisation.
He contributed to the admission of the idea of territorial cohesion by the
European Union. In his region, he relaunched the Territorial Perspective "Limousin 2007" and created
the first regional public service for the high and very high throughput.
