Dr Maria Sinou is architect, specialized in Environmental Design in Urban Form, holds the position of the Publication Manager of the SD MED International Organization.

She studied and worked in the University of Cambridge, where she also taught Environmentl Design in the Department of Architecture and participated as teaching staff in several CPD's (Continuing Professional Development) seminars organized by the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects).  She is currently teaching Interior Architecture in the Technical Educational Institution in Athens. She has published many articles in international journals and three books. She has participated in research projects (eg RUROS with University of Cambridge, Life and Espon with Panteion University etc.) as researcher. Also, she is a member of the editorial committee of the journal of the Association of Greek Architects, "Architects".
